
Tomato and Egg Mayonnaise Mix

Ingredients:

1 tomato (medium to large size)

3-4 fresh garlic cloves

3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

1 large egg
Utensils required:

cutting board
-
small pot (boiling water)

medium sized knife (chopping)

spoon or spatula

small bowl (mixing)

Directions:

Boil water in small pot and hard boil the egg (4-5 minutes in boiling water).

Rinse tomatoes and peel garlic cloves
-
Slice 7-8 tomato slices horizontally, using the cutting board and medium knife. This should use the whole tomato

Slice and dice the peeled garlic cloves until pieces have become very small and fine, or minced

Peel hardboiled egg, removing the entire shell, and chop into small pieces using the medium knife

Combine all three ingredients into a small bowl and mix until evenly distributed

Dollop even amounts of mixture onto tomato slices using the spoon or spatula

Refrigerate until chilled, serve cold
