Fried Chicken Breasts

  • skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • ½ cup olive oil or vegetable oil

  • desired spices


  • measuring cups

  • meat thermometer

  • frying pan

  • tongs


1.  Place pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high and add oil

3.  Rinse chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry

4.  Sprinkle chicken breasts with desired spices and place in pan

5.   Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown. Flip the chicken breasts using a pair of tongs and cook second side

6.  Use an internal meat thermometer to check the chicken. Remove the chicken from the grill pan when the internal temperature reaches 170◦ Fahrenheit or when meat is white all the way through
