Chocolate Pudding Pie

  • 1 ½ Finely Crushed Chocolate Graham Crackers

  • 1/3 cups of white sugar

  • 6 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 1 package of Jell-o Chocolate Flavored Sugar Free/ Fat Free instant pudding

  • 1 ½ cups of cold fat-free milk

  • 1 container of Lite Cool Whip topping


  • measuring cups

  • food processor

  • medium bowl

  • large bowl

  • small microwave safe bowl


1.  In a medium sized bowl, beat pudding mix and 1 ½ cup milk for 2 minutes, place in fridge

2.  Place 12 chocolate graham crackers into the food processor, process until finely crushed

3.  In a small microwave safe bowl, melt 6 tablespoons of butter in the microwave for 45 seconds or until fully melted

4.  Combine crushed graham crackers, ⅓ cup white sugar and melted butter in a medium bowl

5.  Press mixture into a pie pan, press to fill the bottom and edges

6.  Make pudding using the instant pudding instructions

7.  Spoon half of the pudding on top of the pie crust

8.  Stir 1 cup of Cool Whip into remaining half of the pudding, spoon over the pudding layer in the crust

9.  Top with remaining Cool Whip
